This machining centre has in built part(stylus)and tool(laser)probing.
This affords us the capability of monitoring tool wear and part dimensions while machining.
The offsets can be adjusted and cutters swapped out for replacements automatically to ensure 
repeatability and accuracy of machined features without the need for part removal or programme interruption for inspection.
This greatly improves overall run time on batch work and provides for peace of mind that first and last part are identical.
