Our E.D.M Department consists of the following:

Spark E.D.M:

ONA Datic Die Sink complete with 5 station tool changer, this allows a number of electrodes
to be set up at the start of each job.

Wire E.D.M:

Agie Charmilles Robofill 240 CC 
Agie Charmilles Cut 200 SP

Both of these machines have the ability to erode with wire diameter of 0.10mm
and cut tapers of up to 30 degrees.
